Peanut Butter Banana Shake

This One Is Especially Tasty!!
1½  Bananas
1/2 c. Vanilla Yogurt
1 Scoop Whey Protein (natural or vanilla)
1/4 c. Peanut Butter
1/2 c. Skim Milk
1/2 c. Crushed Ice
Combine all ingredients in blender.  Blend on low until bananas are combined, then blend on med-high until mixed smooth.

1 c. Peach Fat-Free Yogurt
1/2 c. Cantaloupe, cubed
1/2 c. Honey Dew Melon, cubed
