3/4 c.  Pineapple Chunks &#8211; fresh or canned<br />
1/2 c. Pina Colada low fat Yogurt  (or Vanilla if you can&#8217;t find Pina Colada flavor)<br />
1/4 c.  Coconut Milk  (you may want to add more or less depending upon your taste)<br />
1  Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein powder<br />
1/2 c.  Crushed Ice</strong></p>
<p>Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.</p>
<p>For a thicker, colder smoothie &#8211; freeze pineapple chunks and banana (peeled, sliced, and put in zip-lock bag) ahead of time.  Then combine all ingredients as above, reducing crushed ice to about 1/4 c.  Blend well and serve immediately.</p>
