Fruit Smoothie

1 Peach, peeled, pitted, and sliced
6 Strawberries, stems removed
1/2 c. Apple Juice
1/4 c. Skim Milk
1 Scoop Whey Protein (natural, vanilla, or strawberry)
1/2 c. Ice (cubes)
Combine all in blender and blend until smooth, about 1 min. About half way through, stop blender and scrape down sides, if necessary, and then continue blending.
(NOTE: Fruit can be frozen ahead of time, if desired, and ice omitted or reduced to 1/4 c. or about 2 regular size cubes.)
