Pina Colada Protein Smoothie

1 Small Banana
3/4 c. Pineapple Chunks – fresh or canned
1/2 c. Pina Colada low fat Yogurt (or Vanilla if you can’t find Pina Colada flavor)
1/4 c. Coconut Milk (you may want to add more or less depending upon your taste)
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein powder
1/2 c. Crushed Ice
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
For a thicker, colder smoothie – freeze pineapple chunks and banana (peeled, sliced, and put in zip-lock bag) ahead of time. Then combine all ingredients as above, reducing crushed ice to about 1/4 c. Blend well and serve immediately.
