Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Pumpkin Spice Whey Protein Shake1 c. vanilla yogurt
1/2 c. pumpkin pie filling
1 c. apple cider
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash of ground nutmeg
1 scoop French Vanilla Whey
1/2 c. ice (small cubes)

Add all ingredients in blender and blend well, for about 1 minute.  Tasty!
